For the first time since 2003, the Christ School Swim Team defeated Asheville School. This was all the more sweet as it was in their pool.

On Friday, the Christ School Swim Team competed in the CAA Conference Meet at Asheville School, finishing third overall.
On Saturday, the Christ School swim team headed to Waynesville, NC to compete in the prestigious Tuscola Invitational against teams from all over Buncombe County.
Coaching has been part of Kevin Lisska's life for as long as he can remember. As a high schooler, he was asked to coach his neighborhood's 100-member swimming club.
Christ School swimming finished fifth out of 19 teams at the 3A NCISAA Meet in the Greensboro Aquatic Center. Up 11 spots from last year, the Greenies put together one of their best seasons in nearly a decade.
The Greenies swim team continues to have success in the pool as they defeated three more Buncombe County opponents at the Zeugner Center last night. Christ School's team won every single event.
FRANK HOWDEN '22 - VARSITY SWIMMING
Frank placed second in the biggest regular season meet (Tuscola Invitational), coming first in the 100 breast stroke and achieving a 4 second PR in the 200 individual medley. On Wednesday, he PRd again by another 4 seconds in the 200 individual medley to place second, and placed first in the 100 breast stroke. With relays and individual events he has three 1sts, two 2nds, and two 3rds. He uses every minute of practice and is relentless about perfecting his strategy for speed.
