Mason memorably led Christ School basketball to state championships as a sophomore, junior, and senior, going on to be a key part of Duke University’s 2010 run to the NCAA title.
Now the 13-year NBA veteran is in the mix for his first world championship with the San Antonio Spurs.
The Spurs beat defending NBA champion Oklahoma City, 111-103, in Saturday night’s Game 7 of the Western Conference Finals.
