Daniel Hicks

From the classroom to the dugout, Daniel Hicks should have the youthful energy to motivate and inspire any Greenie. 

The former college baseball player – and barely “former” as he was on the Kings University roster as of last spring – is a newcomer to the History Department. 

Mr. Hicks graduated from Rhodes College in 2024 with a BA in History, then used his fifth year of playing eligibility to receive his MBA in Business Administration as a student-athlete at King. He has formerly interned at the Memphis Museum of Science and History. 

His passions outside of baseball and school are fly-fishing and hanging out with his wife, Jazmin, and their cats.
