Logan Woolsey '27 Commits to Colgate Football

Logan Woolsey ’27 feels the proper urgency with his last high school preseason camp on the horizon.

“I’m very excited. Truthfully, I want to go out with a bang and show everything I can,” Logan said earlier this summer.

“I think our team is going to do well. We’re going to have a lot of new guys. I’m just ready to get started – eat, sleep, and breathe football.”

The 6-foot-2, 225-pound heat-seeking linebacker from Ontario assured Monday that there will be a lot more of the sport in his future – Logan announced through his social media that he has verbally committed to Colgate University.

As a junior, Logan made 96 tackles (21 for a loss) and four sacks. He was voted the team’s Most Valuable Player by the coaching staff and was an all-conference selection. Logan becomes the sixth senior from Christ School's Class of 2027 to make a college sports commitment.

Colgate football already has a Christ School connection in Jordan Edgecomb ’25, also a linebacker, who appeared in three games for the Raiders in 2025.
