Wrestling won its fourth match of the season at Saturday’s T.C. Roberson Ram Duals and saw more improvement in desired areas, Coach Jimmy Ballantyne P’30 said.
Scores from the five matches for the Greenies (4-5) were:
- Erwin 56, Christ School 12
- Brevard 69, Christ School 12
- Christ School 60, Bessemer City 24
- North Rowan 47, Christ School 30
A select number of wrestlers will compete Tuesday at Brevard, while the JV and varsity will return to a tournament-style format for this weekend’s James Orr Memorial in Robbinsville, N.C. Owen Gillespie ‘26, Wilfred Freund ‘26, Ian Freund ‘28, Thomas Hunter ’26, Aidan Beatty ‘27, and Jackson Plume ‘28 are set to represent Christ School in the varsity division.
