Watch Christ School's 126th Commencement

Grass regenerates with every mow, which means you never see the same version of Yard A twice.

Unseen nutrients in the soil maintain the health of Yard A – the site of the original school grounds in 1900. Likewise, principled belief in Academic Rigor, Leadership, Spirituality, and the Dignity of Manual Labor is what sustains Christ School after 126 years.

Sunday morning’s graduation ceremony brought any and all metaphors home – the Class of 2026 has won a record $5.3 million in scholarships the past four years. This group of seniors are the first to have three state championships in athletics (cross country, soccer, and track) in the same academic year.

Head of School Dr. Sean Jenkins P’29, student graduation speaker David Gaines ’26, and Teacher of the Year Tom Destino spoke at the Commencement for the Class of 2026, which is now fully available for viewing on the school's YouTube page.
