South Carolina Artist Ninja Picasso Visits Campus

How can you not be intrigued by a visitor to campus named Ninja Picasso?

It’s actually the alias of Greenville, S.C., multidisciplinary artist Nick Burns, whose work on large-scale murals can be seen all throughout South Carolina and as far west as California.

Mr. Burns was an artist in residence these past two days, courtesy of the Cooper Living Arts Series. He observed as Greenies masked-up to spray paint canvasses outside the Kennedy-Herterich Art Studio as well as the Spirit Rock.

The Cooper Living Arts Series is now in its third year, and the boys never take it for granted that opportunities such as this would not be possible without the generosity of the Cooper family (Edwin’81, P’19, P’23 and Andrea P’19, P’23).

Thank you to the Coopers for your continued support of the arts at Christ School!
