As a senior, you have heard the Angelus ring hundreds, maybe thousands of times before. But never like this. The bell will toll exactly 125 times Sunday at 10:15 a.m., once for every year that Christ School has been in operation.
The first ring starts the Graduation procession.
After the faculty, the seniors file out the front doors of Wetmore Hall – the same doors that only they’ve been allowed to use all year.
From there, it’s only a short walk out to Yard A (the hallowed site of the original school grounds), a walk lined on both sides by the human tunnel of underclassmen. Every senior thinks about his unique journey as a student here when he steps on stage to receive his diploma, and even better a Bible hand-signed by the faculty who educated and formed him.
It’s the Class of 2025’s moment six days from now. Please join us as we devote this week to celebrating another exemplary group of seniors for the Long Green Line through our website and social media, while counting down to Christ School's 125th Commencement.
