Patrick Robichaud '27 Pitches a Gem for Varsity Baseball

A Spring Family Weekend gem worth revisiting.

Patrick Robichaud ’27 throws hard, and he threw well throughout Saturday’s 6-1 win over visiting Charlotte Latin.

Patrick’s complete game is believed to be only the second for a Greenies pitcher in six years, given the modern-day limit on pitch counts. The junior from Asheville struck out seven Hawks, while scattering three hits and one walk over seven innings.

Not only that, Patrick, Will Ray ‘27, and Henry Tutera ’28 each had two hits apiece in the Senior Day win.

Christ School (15-8, 2-0) has won seven more games than last season and the team’s biggest home game is Tuesday at 5 p.m.  A Carolinas Athletic Conference series with Rabun Gap (18-7, 2-0) will decide the next CAA champion.
