As we see every day, the Long Green Line crosses continents, oceans, and time zones. This brotherhood travels with you wherever you go, and it's reciprocal. The strength of everything here in Arden, North Carolina is dependent on a student body and faculty that comes to us from varied backgrounds and cultures.
Thirty boys from eight countries outside the United States are attending Christ School this year. Individually and collectively, their presence can be felt in myriad ways, whether it's the classrooms and dorms, or athletic fields.

- Canada: Marvin Asumadu '28, Matt Delpeche '29, Colby Fitzpatrick '28, Jonas Kalverda '28, Ethan Keep '28, Mathis Lessard '27, Raphaël Marchand '28, Sebastian Newell '28, Jason Dorel Onana '29, Jackson Plume '28, Shayden Samuels '28, Linkin Stevens '28, Andrew Toussaint '28, and Logan Woolsey '27.
- China: Jason Chen '30, Jerry Chen '27, Bill Lei '27, Justin Li '28, Oliver Xu '31, Terrence Yu '27, and Kevin Zheng '28.
- Germany: Leif Reinig '28, Philipp Seitz '28, and Constantin Arnswaldt '29.
- Lithuania: Vytis Rimkus '29.
- Spain: Gonzalo Fernandez '30.
- United Kingdom: Ethan Christie '27 and Joseph Katsantonis '29.
Additionally, Cuningham House Prefect Ross Clapsaddle '27 belongs to the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians (ECBI), who reside in Western North Carolina's Qualla Boundary, a 100 square mile sovereign nation. And there are many boys living in the U.S. now who have brought over customs and heritages from their native countries, which is evident with every year's Global Day celebration.
SAGE Dining Senior Food Service Director Victoria Martinez and her team put great care into their menu for the August 26 International Students Dinner, with the goal being to give each Greenie a small taste of home. And as Dr. Jenkins P'29 says in the video linked above, the boys always have a standing invitation to return to Boxwood House.
