As we've seen time and time again, Greenies answer the call when the Asheville community is in need.
Service Learning Director Matt Cole announced in Wednesday morning's assembly that the boys collected nearly 1,000 pounds of food to go towards the Christ School Food Drive for Western North Carolina. MANNA FoodBank expressed that the Greenies contributed many of the kind of items they need the most during the holiday season.
Mr. Joyce's advisory surged to the win with more than 500 points (scoring was based off item types) of food on the final day of the drive, earning them a future dinner with Dr. Jenkins P'29 at Boxwood House.
