Dacen Petty '26 Goes Off in Basketball's Third Win

CHARLOTTE - A viral dunk, career high at Christ School, and it’s only been three games.

Dacen Petty ‘26 was feeling it Friday with seven 3-pointers, part of a 36-point night in a 69-52 road win at Victory Christian.

The Greenies (3-0) raced out to a 22-2 lead to start the game and were up, 37-19, at the half. Dacen had 21 of his points by then. His final total is a personal record as a Greenie and 36 points is the eighth-most ever scored in one game by any player. 

Along with Dacen, the scorers were Skyler Ellis ‘27 (13 points), Tyler Jones ‘26 (10), Kingston Whitty ’26 (six), Koen Booker ’27 (two), and Hudson Hatch ‘28 (two).
