How can 2023 get any better for the Paradine family? Just wait.

Christ School junior Caden Paradine ’25 announced Thursday on his Instagram that he has verbally committed to play college lacrosse for the University of Denver.

Caden is a midfielder from Hickory, N.C., who had 24 goals and 14 assists for the Greenies last spring, earning all-conference recognition in the Carolinas Athletic Association. He also plays for the Team 91 organization out of Charlotte.

Caden’s commitment comes on the heels of his older brother, Christ School alumnus Emmett Paradine ’22, being named the 2023 Ivy League Rookie of the Year following his first season of lacrosse at Dartmouth College. Meanwhile, their father, Greg P'22, P'25, coached Lenoir-Rhyne to the NCAA Division II national championship in May.
