22 Greenies Join National Honor Society


Even by Christ School standards, Thursday’s inductees into the National Honor Society were an exceptionally large class. 

Certificates were presented to the following 22 boys in chapel: Abdullah Al ledan ’25, Wells Alderman ’26, Costa Barlas ’26, Norwood Bryan ’26, Hong Chen ’26, Caden Graning ’26, Sam Farago ’26, Wilfred Freund ’26, Easton Hoffert ’26, Jeremy Horton ’26, Felix Huebner ’26, Thomas Hunter ’26, Alex Jarrett ’26, Lansing Lewis ’26, Wait McCormick ’26, Michael Pollick ’26, Zachary Price ’26, Evan Reich ’26, Declan Szostczuk ’26, Spencer Thompson ’26, Tim Wu ’26, and Kevin Xue ’26. 

The National Honor Society was founded in 1921, making it one of the oldest and most widely recognized cocurricular student organizations with 1.4 million members in the U.S. Thursday’s Greenies met the criteria for scholarship, as well as character, leadership, and service.
