CRUSO, N.C. - For all the success that Christ School has had across the board in athletics, few programs have been as consistently good as golf.
The Greenies won the Carolinas Athletic Association Tournament on Tuesday, their 15th consecutive conference championship.
Christ School’s team score at the Springdale Resort was 320.
Individually, Taylor Kuehn ’23, Elijah Abundis ’24, Henry Wilhelm ’25, and Jamal Hutchison ’23 made up half of the eight-man All-CAA team.
The Greenies have won a conference championship in golf every year since 2008. The 2020 CAA Tournament was cancelled due to COVID-19. The team is coached by alumnus Graylyn Loomis ’10, along with assistants Steve Chester and Will Gordon.
