Christ School Hosts Mother/Son Weekend
Christ School was honored to have 160 Greenie Moms join us for Mother/Son Weekend.
Two days of events kicked off with Friday's welcome reception in the Beaver Student Center hosted by Beth Krieger. Everyone enjoyed near-perfect spring weather Saturday for the first-ever "Amazing Race" competition, form dinners, and a morning service in the new Outdoor Chapel led by Father Kirk Brown.
Mothers and sons also had free time Friday and Saturday to explore Asheville together. The Greenies were home for athletic events in baseball, lacrosse, and tennis.
Mother/Son Weekend is held every two years and alternates with Father/Son Weekend, which will be September 6-7 during the 2019-20 school year. Photos from Mother/Son Weekend can be found on the Christ School Facebook page at Facebook.com/ChristSchool.org.
