Christ School track returned to the scene of last week’s season-opening win and got the same result. For the second Wednesday in a row, the Greenies were the clear winner of a meet at Asheville School.
They stacked up 258 points, 114 more than runner-up Pisgah (144). The individual highlight was a double by Duke recruit Dawson Reeves ’24 in a sprint (400-meter dash, 51.97 seconds) and distance race (3,200-meter run, 9:56.75)
Christ School’s team was first in the 800-meter relay (1:33.03) and there were five other individual event winners: Myles Murphy ‘27 (triple jump, 39-4.5), Carter Compton ‘24 (high jump, 6-0), Noah Henthorn ‘24 (discus, 133-4), Brendan Regan ‘24 (110-meter high hurdles, 16.45), and Luke Parrish ‘24 (800-meter run, 2:03.97).
