Felix Huebner '26 Commits to Loyola University Maryland Soccer

Congratulations to goalkeeping extraordinaire Felix Huebner ’26 on his verbal commitment to play soccer for Loyola University Maryland, announced Friday through his social media.

Felix redefined his position at Christ School. With him in goal, the NCISAA 4-A state champion Greenies (20-1) were 19-0 with 14 shutouts this fall. They conceded a school-record low six goals, buoyed by Felix’s 36 saves.

He was named the Carolinas Athletic Association Player of the Year in his third season at Christ School – the Greenies did not lose a conference game in either 2024 or 2025. Felix was selected to the NCISAA 4-A all-state team for the second time.

Felix is the third Christ School senior to make a college sports commitment, joining basketball players Tyler Jones ’26 (University of Albany) and Kingston Whitty ’26 (West Virginia University).
