Christ School Artwork on Display at Asheville Airport

No local art gallery could offer boys from Christ School the same level of exposure.

Asheville Regional Airport is the third busiest airport in North Carolina, having served a record 1,838,793 passengers in 2022, a 29 percent increase over the previous year.

Photography from Will Peeler ’23, Aiden Schook ‘23, Brighton Shook ‘23, and Chase Gribble ’23 will be on display at the airport through March 16, as part of its annual Student Artwork Showcase.

Alexandra Ingle is the airport’s Brand and Experience Designer and curated the gallery.

“This opportunity to engage with our community through the art of students is a highlight of the year,” she said. “The showcase provides a unique experience for connection between visitors from all over the world and our region.”
