Baseball

Baseball has a long and rich history at Christ School - the "Greenies" nickname emanated from the 1917 team. The program is routinely in the mix for conference championships in the Carolinas Athletic Association, has had two alumni drafted by major league teams, and played night games at home for the first time in 2022.

William Fleming ’17 was no different at Wake Forest.

Turns out, Omaha is not a bad spot to be now either. There, William is one call away from becoming the first-ever Christ School alumnus to reach the major league level.
