Aviation Program Instructors

Stephen Hoffert P’26 is a retired F-15 pilot and U.S. Air Force Academy graduate. Stephen was able to jump right into teaching the boys as he had his Instructor Rating prior to the start of the Aviation Program. His son is Easton Hoffert '26.

World Languages teacher Les Thornbury has been a member of the Christ School faculty since 2016. After graduating college from VMI, he flew an F-18 Super Hornet. Mr. Thornbury has also been a coach in Christ School's Outdoor Program.
