If you have not already requested a conference, please contact your son to have him manually sign up for conferences outside of teacher’s classrooms. 

Parents' Weekend will take place this year October 26 & 27. This weekend concludes one of our favorite weeks of the year—Asheville School Week. The Academic Office finishes the week off by offering Parent/Teacher Conferences. We will be offering conferences on Thursday, October 25 from 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.; Friday, October 26 from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with a lunch break from noon to 1:00 p.m. & on Saturday, October 27 from 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Once you have submitted a preferred time and date and included any special requests regarding your conferences, Jennifer Bird in the Academic & Admission Office will schedule them. You and your son will receive an email confirmation from Jennifer Bird once the specific conference times have been set. Conferences are scheduled on a first come first serve basis, so I encourage you to submit your request soon. Conferences will be scheduled for every 10 minutes and you will receive a prompt to start wrapping up your conference after 7 minutes. If you require additional time or would like to meet with additional teachers, please let me know in the comments section below.
