Graduation RequirementsThis page tells about the basic requirements needed to graduate from Christ School. But there's more to Christ School than basic requirements. Your teachers and advisors encourage you to "challenge the curriculum" -take the hardest courses you can handle-and they will work with you to match your interests and talents to the right classes and a full range of extracurricular activities.
We're also here to prepare you for college. And every academic department -the arts, English, history, sciences, technology, foreign languages, and mathematics -offers Advanced Placement courses that give you a head start on your college coursework. At every grade level, from 8-12, our rigorous Honors courses challenge you to excel.
Christ School students are also required to participate in a physical activity for three seasons every school year. Most of our students select a team sport, but other options include school Work Crew, Theater, and the Outdoor Program-which offers activities in backpacking, mountain biking, rock climbing, and whitewater canoeing or kayaking.
